Changing your address

A change of address must be requested in writing by the Season Seat Holder of record or an officer of the company if a company is the Season Seat Holder of record. Change of address relates only to the mailing address (street, city, state and ZIP code). Please indicate any change in phone numbers and e-mail addresses as well. Always include your Account number in any correspondence. Please submit your change of address by mailing your Client Service Representative at:

Ownership - Season Seats

The Season Seat Holder of record is the name of the individual or company that appears on the first line of the account.

Example:

In this example, Marie Smith is the Season Seat Holder of record:

Marie Smith

In this example, ABC Company is the Season Seat Holder of record:

ABC Company

For your protection, the Angels will only consider requests from the Season Seat Holder of record.

Printing and Shipping Tickets

Season tickets are typically mailed during the month of March and shipped via UPS Ground. Please note: the Angels cannot hold tickets at the Ticket Office for pick up. Please make sure you have a current address on file or by contacting your Client Service Representative to make further arrangements.

2013 Season Seat Payment/Renewals

How do I renew my current season tickets?

The Angels will mail the Season Seat Renewal Invoice near the conclusion of the season.

When is the final deadline for season seat payments?

Deadlines will be determined each offseason. Final payment for season tickets is typically due in early February.

Can I pay my season ticket invoice online?

Season Seat Holders may submit payment for both the season ticket deposit and final balance online by accessing your MyAngelsAccount.

How and when can a Season Ticket Holder upgrade or relocate their season tickets?

Season Seat Holders will have to option to upgrade their current seating location at the Angels annual Select a Seat Event after the first of the year. Appointment times will be determined by Season Seat Holder seniority, and seats will be marked based on availability to upgrade. Season Seat upgrade and exchanges only, will be allowed at the Select a Seat event.

Lost or Stolen Tickets

Please keep your tickets and/or parking coupons in a safe place. We suggest that you detach the proper game ticket and/or parking coupon for the game that you are attending and leave the remainder secured to safeguard against loss or theft.

Stolen season tickets will be replaced only when the Season Seat Holder of record presents an official police report to the Angel Stadium of Anaheim Ticket Office. These replacement season tickets will be honored over the season tickets originally issued.

If your season tickets are lost, left at home, or an incorrect ticket is presented for admission, replacement tickets may be issued at the sole discretion of the Angel Stadium of Anaheim Ticket Office. Replacement tickets will be issued only to the Season Seat Holder of record, and no more than THREE (3) sets (that is, for three games) of these tickets will be issued per account per season. Thereafter, a deposit or the full face value of the tickets will be required before any additional replacement tickets are issued. The deposit for such tickets will be returned only when the unused (that is, replaced) tickets are returned to the Angel Stadium of Anaheim Ticket Office.

Parking cannot be replaced under any circumstances.

Transfers

Season seat accounts are non-transferable. In fairness, this policy enables the Angels to offer seat improvements to existing Season Seat Holders.

    The Angels are not responsible for non-deliverable email due to viral or spam blocking software engaged by Season Seat Holder or if the Season Seat Holder voluntarily opted out of the e-mail list.
  • Edit your Profile: Make sure your account profile is up-to-date so you receive valuable offers and team information.

If you are having trouble logging in to your account: Try logging in with your account ID first rather than your e-mail address. If that does not work, then click the Forgot your password link, follow the directions to retrieve the password, and then an e-mail with your password will be sent to you.
