If you purchased your tickets online or via phone reimbursement for any Postseason games not played will be made directly to the credit card used to purchase the tickets.
Season Ticket Holder Postseason Tickets - marked "SEASON" on the front of the ticket - Since the Reds made the playoffs but all games were not played, all remaining payments from unplayed games will be automatically credited to the season account holders 2013 regular season ticket renewal. If you prefer to have your credit refunded back to you, requests must be sent to STQuestion@reds.com within ten (10) days after the Reds last postseason game. Refund checks and credits will be issued within four (4) weeks of the Reds last postseason game. Postseason tickets SHOULD NOT be returned to the Reds and have no cash value.
