Raffle tickets to win the 2013 White Sox smart Pure Coupe are now available! Raffle tickets can be purchased here and at U.S. Cellular Field. Tickets are $10 each and available for purchase until Friday, August 30 at 5 p.m. CT, with all proceeds benefitting Chicago White Sox Charities.
The winner will be drawn on Thursday, September 5 - and will be presented their 2013 White Sox smart Pure Coupe on the field prior to a White Sox game before the end of the 2013 season!
White Sox Charities provides financial and emotional support to hundreds of Chicago-based organizations, including those leading the fight against cancer, dedicated to improving the lives of youth through recreation and education, health and wellness, and those offering support children and families in crises. General Information
- Up to 20,000 tickets will be sold at $10 each.
- One (1) winner will be chosen.
- Winner will receive a 2013 smart fortwo Pure Coupe brand vehicle.
- Raffle ticket sale begins Friday, May 10 at 10:00 a.m.
- Tickets are available at the ballpark and online (see following for specific details).
- Ticket sale will close at 5:00 p.m. on Friday, August 30 or earlier only if 20,000 tickets have been sold.
- Must be 18 years or older to purchase a ticket and must comply with eligibility requirements of the official rules (see below).
- Must be 18 years or older to claim the prize.
- Any fan, regardless of the state in which he or she lives, may purchase tickets in person at U.S. Cellular Field.
- Only Illinois residents may purchase tickets online at whitesox.com.
- Purchasers of Raffle tickets may not resell his or her Raffle tickets to other parties, and may not knowingly give raffle tickets away to others for the purpose of allowing those other parties to re-sell raffle tickets.
- Depositing raffle tickets or any other material related to the raffle in the federal mail is a violation of federal law and may lead to criminal penalties.
- The winning raffle number will be drawn on September 5, 2013.
- Winner has until 11:59pm on September 13, 2013 to claim their prize.
- Winner who comes forward and is deemed the rightful winner will be presented with his or her vehicle in a pre-game ceremony prior to a to-be-determined 2013 regular season White Sox home game.
Those ineligible to participate in the raffle:
The following persons are NOT ELIGIBLE to participate in the Raffle or to win any Prize: Employees, officers, directors, shareholders, partners, members, agents of Chicago White Sox Charities, the Chicago White Sox, Ltd., At Your Service, Inc., any MLB Entity ("MLB Entity" means, collectively, the Major League Baseball Clubs, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, MLB Advanced Media, L.P., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., doing business in its own name and as Major League Baseball Productions, Baseball Television, Inc. doing business as Major League Baseball International, and Baseball Advanced Media), Illinois Sports Facilities Authority, the Raffle ticket fulfillment house, and the printer of the Raffle tickets, and any parent, subsidiary, affiliated entity, partially owned entity, contractor, concessionaire, consultants, advertising agencies, promotion agencies (collectively, the "Ineligible Parties")and immediate family members of any Ineligible Party. "Immediate family members" means spouses, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, and siblings (and any of their respective spouses) of an Ineligible Party.
Raffle Ticket Sales at U.S. Cellular Field
- Raffle tickets will be available at the ballpark's Gate 4 ticket windows during regular box office hours
- on non-game days, Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
- on game days from 9:00 a.m. until two hours after the scheduled start of the game
- Raffle tickets will be available at the ballpark during each home game
- At the box office advance ticket sale windows on the lower deck, the club level and the upper deck from the time the gates open until the end of the game.
- At select locations throughout the ballpark during each home game from the time gates open until the end of the sixth inning.
- Any fan, regardless of the state in which he or she lives, may purchase tickets in person at U.S. Cellular Field
Persons who purchase Raffle tickets in person at U.S. Cellular Field may opt to give away or otherwise transfer his or her Raffle tickets to others, but in doing so he or she gives up any claim he or she might otherwise have to the Prizes if he or she surrenders a winning Raffle ticket
- Raffle tickets purchased at U.S. Cellular Field may be given away to persons who are under 18 years of age, but only individuals who are 18 years of age or older may claim or win a Prize

- Only Illinois residents may purchase tickets online
- Illinois residence is confirmed by the mailing address of the purchaser's credit card
- Purchasers will not receive a hard raffle ticket, rather he or she will receive a confirmation email with a raffle ticket number assigned for each raffle ticket purchased
- The purchaser of the online Raffle tickets, as determined by credit card purchase records, will be considered the lawful owner of the online raffle ticket
