Tigers players work with charitable organizations in the Detroit Metropolitan area. The players contribute their time in various ways, including visiting with disadvantaged youth, recording public service announcements and acting as spokespersons for charities, participating in educational and recreational activities, appearing at community and charitable events, etc.

Carlos Guillen will be signing autographs at the Meijer store at 13000 Middlebelt Road in Livonia on Monday, May 19 from 6-7 p.m. Presence at store during designated time does not guarantee an autograph. Meet Zach Miner & Marcus Thames!
On Saturday June 28, Tigers pitchers Zach Miner and Marcus Thames will be signing autographs in exchange for donations of new or gently used baseball and softball equipment to benefit "Gloves For Kids."

The autograph signing will take place at the Chesterfield ABC Warehouse at 51600 Gratiot Avenue from 12:30 -1:30PM. Clean out your closet or garage and help support youth baseball in the City of Detroit! (If you have no equipment to donate, a cash donation of $10 per autograph is required.)

Players and times are subject to change. Presence at store during designated time does not guarantee an autograph. The Tigers reserve the right to refuse to sign any item deemed inappropriate.

Gloves for Kids Detroit Tigers "Gloves For Kids" Program
CBS Radio has teamed with the Detroit Tigers to once again present Gloves For Kids, a community support program that provides baseball equipment to area youth. Your donation benefits the Detroit Tigers Foundation, an organization that uses the game of baseball as a tool for teaching and empowering kids in our community. Learn baseball from your favorite Tigers players!
Meijer will be hosting various baseball clinics around the Detroit area. The clinics will cover hitting, pitching or fielding. Your little Tiger can learn how to play from the professionals! The clinics are free and open to the public. There will be no autographs signed at the clinics. Players subject to change without notice.

Detroit Tigers Autograph Signings at The Henry Ford
Tigers players will once again appear at The Henry Ford for free autograph signings (with Greenfield Village admission). All autograph signings will be from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m.

Players, dates and times are subject to change. Presence in line during the designated signing time does not guarantee an autograph. The Detroit Tigers reserve the right to refuse to allow items to be signed that are deemed inappropriate or in conflict with other contractual obligations.

Willie Horton book signing on August 16
Tigers great Willie Horton will be signing copies of his autobiography "The People's Champion" at Gate A from 5:30 to 7:00PM on August 16th. Copies of the book will be available for purchase.
