Tigers 50/50 Raffle

The Detroit Tigers organization, its owners, players, coaches, and management believe in the need to invest in our community's future. The Detroit Tigers Foundation was established in 2005 with the mission of enhancing lives through the game of baseball.

The 50/50 raffle program was developed in 2008 in an effort to create awareness, and raise funds in partnership with select local charities while enjoying an evening at Comerica Park.

50/50 Raffle Rules
  • Participants must be 18 years or older to purchase a 50/50 raffle ticket
  • Unauthorized persons copying, selling, or altering tickets are subject to prosecution
  • The cash prize will be paid to the winner by check within 30 days of the date the prize is claimed (federal tax withholding may apply)
  • The designated 50/50 raffle ticket is the only valid receipt for claiming a prize
  • Prizes will be held and may be claimed up to 60 days after the date of the raffle
The Game Plan
  • 50-50 Raffle Tickets will be sold from the time stadium gates open until the last out of the second inning
  • If a game does not start on time, or is delayed during the first two innings, raffle tickets will be sold for approximately three hours from the time stadium gates open
  • Tickets will be on sale throughout the 100 level concourse, at 100 level entry gates, the 3rd floor suite level entrance and at the 50/50 raffle table behind the wheelchair ramp at section 119
  • All tickets are sold 3 for $5
  • One winning ticket will be selected each game
  • The winner will win 50% of the pool collected that game through the sale of raffle tickets
  • The remaining proceeds will be shared between select partner charities and the Detroit Tigers Foundation
  • The winning ticket will be announced after the 6th inning over the public address system and posted at Guest Services Offices
  • The winning ticket should be presented at the Guest Services Office on the main concourse behind section 131 in order complete the Winner's paperwork
  • Fans may call the raffle hotline at any time to hear the winning ticket information

The Detroit Tigers Foundation, an affiliate of Ilitch Charities, was established in 2005 with the mission of enhancing lives through the game of baseball with a focus on youth, education, and recreation. Since its inception, the Foundation has awarded over $4 million in grants, Tigers tickets and scholarships to local charitable organizations.
