2005 All-Star Game Volunteers
2005 All-Star Game The Detroit Tigers will host the 2005 Major League Baseball All-Star Week this July. The 76th All-Star Game will be played on Tuesday, July 12, 2005 at Comerica Park. In addition to the Tuesday night game, All-Star Week festivities bring a variety of events to Detroit. The John Hancock All-Star FanFest®, Taco Bell All-Star Sunday, Taco Bell Legends/Celebrity Softball Game, All-Star Workout Day, and the Century 21 Home Run Derby will span the five days (July 8-12th). Major League Baseball, the Detroit Tigers and the City of Detroit are looking for volunteers to assist with all the events surrounding the Midsummer Classic.

If you would like to apply to be a FanFest Volunteer, please fill out the form below completely and you will be contacted by a member of the All-Star Week Volunteer Coordination staff. There are two options for assisting with the 2005 All-Star Week, Detroit Ambassadors and FanFest Volunteers.

As a Detroit Tigers/City of Detroit Ambassador, you will be a part of the action, whether it is greeting guests at airports, hotels, or other parts of the city.

If you are a baseball enthusiast, sign up to be a John Hancock All-Star FanFest® Volunteer. There are dozens of interesting and challenging positions including opportunities to become a host, information guide or skills game coach at the world's largest baseball showcase.

  DETROIT AMBASSADOR VOLUNTEER AVAILABILITY
Please indicate with a check mark in the time blocks you will be able to volunteer for each day. Your actual shifts will vary somewhat. Each volunteer must be available for a minimum of three 4-hour shifts. Priority will be given to those who choose the same shift for three or more consecutive days. The information you provide below will be used for scheduling purposes, so please be as accurate as possible.
