By emailing my photo to tigerfest@mobilebullpen.com, I agree to give to tigers.com and its affiliates the perpetual and unlimited right and license to use, edit, modify, duplicate and/or create derivative works from my photo in all media. Further, I represent that the photo and caption do not violate the MLB.com Terms of Use, that I own all copyrights in the photo or have authorization from all copyright owners, and that I have the express permission of all individuals in the photo to submit it to tigers.com. I understand that if I modify the text of this email in any manner, tigers.com will not accept my photo and that, even if accepted, tigers.com is under no obligation to display my photo.
