2007 Opening Day Ticket Opportunity

This is your chance to open the season at Comerica Park and celebrate the 2007 season as the Tigers defend their American League Championship.

Tickets for the Tigers' 2007 home opener at Comerica Park on Monday, April 2, 2007, will soon be available for purchase. As part of the Tigers' continuing effort to make Tigers tickets available to as many fans as possible, we have worked to develop a more efficient and fair ticket ordering process. Since there are a limited number of Opening Day tickets available through this opportunity, applicants must fill out and submit the registration form below to participate in this opportunity to purchase.

Registration for the Opening Day ticket opportunity will begin at 9 a.m. Eastern Time (ET) March 2, 2007 and will close at 11:59 PM Eastern Time on Sunday March 11, 2007 (the "Registration Period"). The Tigers will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants for Opening Day tickets. The winners will have the opportunity to purchase tickets the 2007 Opening Day at Comerica Park, Detroit, MI. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

In order to be eligible for this opportunity, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located below during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Tigers during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.

A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to two (2) tickets to the Tigers' home Opening Day will be held on or about Friday, March 16, 2007. Each applicant selected will be notified by Friday, March 16, 2007 via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Opening Day tickets at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing 2007 Tigers Opening Day tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result. Please be sure to provide us with an accurate e-mail address. Neither MLB Advanced Media, L.P. or the Tigers are responsible for any e-mail notifications that are bounced back or misdirected.

You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawing for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.

NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the Detroit Tigers, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Tigers ticket holders generally; as such the Tigers from time to time in their sole discretion may amend policies.
 
WARNING: Tickets for 2007 Tigers Opening Day are being distributed for you or your organization's personal use. Tickets are not to be resold for a premium in excess of any amount allowed by federal, state or local law. Persons who sell or offer tickets for sale on game premises will be removed from the premises and prosecuted.
 
THE DETROIT TIGERS WILL NOT REFUND ANY TICKETS OBTAINED FROM A SECONDARY SALE OF THE ORIGINAL PURCHASED TICKET.
