Q: How do I replace a lost Full Season ticket?
A: The account holder of record must call their Account Executive directly or phone (313) 471-BALL (2255), no later than 2 hours prior to the applicable game, to request a reprint of the lost ticket(s). Each ticket will be replaced for a fee of $5 per ticket and must be left for pickup at Will Call on the day of the game. Reprinted tickets will not be mailed.
Stolen tickets will not require a reprint fee, but an official police report must be presented. All reprinted tickets are issued at the sole discretion of the Detroit Tigers.

Option 2 - If you have already missed a game, you may exchange those unused tickets for Upper Level tickets to a predetermined future game, subject to availability. There is a fee of $1 per ticket for these exchanges, and the exchange must take place AFTER the original game was played, but at least 24 hours BEFORE the designated exchange game.
