This letter confirms the agreement between Detroit Tigers, Inc. ("DTI") and you regarding your purchase of full-season tickets for the DTI 2013 regular season (the "2013 Tickets") and DTI 2012 home playoff games (the "2012 Playoff Tickets"). This agreement is binding when accepted by DTI (as set forth below).
In consideration of your purchase of each 2012 Playoff Ticket strip (location as determined by DTI), you agree to purchase the same number of 2013 Season Tickets (example: The purchase of two (2) 2013 Season Tickets includes the opportunity to purchase two (2) 2012 Playoff Ticket strips). The price of the 2012 Playoff Tickets and a 100% non-refundable deposit for the 2013 Season Tickets will be charged to your credit card or otherwise paid in a manner acceptable to DTI . Upon DTI's charge of your credit card (and authorization of such charge by the applicable credit card network) or your alternate payment to DTI, the sale of the 2012 Playoff Tickets and the 2013 Season Tickets to you is final. The 100% 2013 Season Ticket deposit is computed as follows:

Please note: As 2012 Playoff Tickets are limited, your offer to purchase 2012 Playoff and/or 2013 Season Tickets may be declined by DTI in its discretion. Your order is not accepted until your credit card has been charged and has been authorized by your credit card network or the payment price has been otherwise paid to DTI. Please note: The 2013 Season Ticket Deposit Program is subject to availability and the terms and conditions of the program may be changed at the discretion of the Detroit Tigers.
