LAKELAND, Fla. -- Dan Dickerson and Jim Price have been known as the voices of the Tigers on the radio for close to a decade. For at least one day, they'll be the voices of tigers.com, bringing a big Spring Training matchup to listeners online when Detroit hosts Boston on Tuesday afternoon at 1:05 p.m. ET at Joker Marchant Stadium.

The webcast will be available for free on tigers.com, the first webcast for the site. It'll provide another way for Tigers fans to track their favorite team in Spring Training, and provide another taste of spring for fans in Michigan and around the world.

The webcast will be just like a radio call, with Dickerson and Price tracking every play. The Tigers' broadcast department will handle the production, and MLB.com will provide online access to the webcast. From there, fans with a login on the site can click the "Listen live" button on the game story featured on the homepage and tune in. Fans without an account can sign up for free on the site.

"There's an appetite for Tigers baseball, and the webcast-only game is an opportunity to provide Tigers fans with three hours of baseball coverage from Spring Training," said Ron Colangelo, Tigers vice president of communications. "Fans can listen on their computers, in their office, or at home."
