  • Pirates, Marlins to Play Two-Game Series in Puerto Rico in 2016

    The Pittsburgh Pirates, the franchise of the late Hall of Famer Roberto Clemente, will meet the Miami Marlins in a two-game series at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 30th-31st, 2016, Baseball Commissioner Robert D. Manfred, Jr. announced today during the quarterly owners meetings. The latter date of the series will also feature the celebration of Major League Baseball's league-wide Roberto Clemente Day.

  • Marlins to Play Two-Game Series vs. Pirates in Puerto Rico

    The Miami Marlins, in conjunction with Major League Baseball and the Pittsburgh Pirates, today announced a two-game series at Hiram Bithorn Stadium in San Juan, Puerto Rico on May 30-31, 2016, in which the Marlins will host the Pirates. In addition, the Marlins have added two Spring Training games against the New York Yankees on April 1-2 at Marlins Park.

    The Miami Marlins front office will shut down on Thursday, November 19 to participate in the sixth annual Marlins Ayudan Day of Service and Philanthropy. The day will be held in partnership with The Miami Foundation's Give Miami Day, the most active day of philanthropic giving in South Florida history.

Internship Program aims to offer young leaders in the community an opportunity to enhance their academic and professional development at Marlins Park. Marlins' interns gain high-level work experience, while applying their academic preparation in various departments that support the Major League Baseball team.
