    The TORONTO BLUE JAYS have selected the contracts of RHP SCOTT COPELAND and OF EZEQUIEL CARRERA from Buffalo of the International League (AAA) and optioned LHP ANDREW ALBERS and OF DALTON POMPEY to Buffalo. To make room on the 40-man roster RHP MATT WEST and 1B/3B ANDY WILKINS have been designated for assignment.
