If the game is rescheduled as part of a single admission doubleheader, the original parking pass or receipt will not be honored on that date (parking passes for the game originally scheduled to be played on the doubleheader game date will be honored), but may be returned for a refund applied to a rain check card at the Citi Field ticket windows or by mail to the Mets Ticket Office only. For New York Mets games, in the event a regulation game (including one that becomes a suspended game) as defined by Major League Baseball is not played, tickets are not subject to refund but will constitute a rain check which can be used or exchanged in accordance with the Mets rain check policy, as applicable (for Mets policy details visit mets.com or call (718) 507-TIXX). Mets ticket exchanges may be done at Citi Field ticket windows or by mail to Mets Ticket Office only. Complimentary tickets have no value and will not constitute a rain check. Rain Check Card: If a rain check is exchanged for a ticket with a lower face value than the face value of the rain check, the Full Season Ticket Holder will receive a dollar amount equal to the difference on a Rain Check Card; if a rain check is exchanged for a ticket with a higher face value than the face value of the rain check, the ticket holder will pay the dollar amount of the difference. A Rain Check Card is redeemable at Citi Field ticket windows for the purchase of tickets to Mets regular season home games, subject to availability, or for merchandise or concessions at Citi Field, either at the Mets Team Stores or at merchandise or concession stands. Rain Check Cards may not be redeemed for cash or applied as payment to any account. Any unused balance on a Rain Check Card will be forfeited on the Expiration Date on the card.

Among the many amenities of the ballpark is a state-of-the-art video scoring and display system developed specifically for Citi Field. Working with Daktronics, the Mets incorporated two true high definition LED displays in the outfield. The center field video display is 50 feet high by 70 feet wide. The second giant HD display is located in right field is 40 feet high by 90 feet wide. Citi Field is also home to one of the longest ribbon boards in baseball at 850 feet. The ribbon board surrounds the seating bowl on the Promenade Level fascia and provides a variety of scoring information as well as open captioning of the PA Audio system. One of MLB's largest out-of-town scoreboards is located on the front of the roof canopy in left-center field, keeping fans informed about all of the day's games around both leagues. Video and scoring displays are also mounted on the rear of the main center field scoreboard, providing video and game information to fans visiting the "Taste of the City" and "FanFest" areas beyond center field. An additional LED video display is located on Mr. Met's Kiddie Field in the FanFest area, where kids can see themselves as they take a few swings or shag flies. An exterior marquee display on the North side of the building greets arriving fans, and provides information to those passing by. Citi Field's main entrance, the beautiful Jackie Robinson rotunda, is served by two 9 foot by 16 foot LED video displays, providing multimedia imagery of the great Jackie Robinson, as well as game day information and video.
