In a word or phrase, what does leadership mean to you? Leadership to me means to be a good, respectful role model.

Why did you join the program? I joined the program because I want to change people's lives and gain an experience that others may not have a chance to have.

What have you gained from the program? I hope to gain information, respectfulness, public speaking and communication skills.

What is your favorite part of the program? My favorite part of the program is being able to make a change in people's lives.
