A random drawing for the opportunity to purchase up to eight (8) Premium Flex Packs will be held on or about Monday, February 18, 2013. Each applicant selected will be notified on or about Tuesday, February 19, 2013 via the e-mail address submitted on the registration form. Those applicants whose names are selected shall have an opportunity to purchase Premium Flex Packs at a date and time to be indicated in the e-mail. In the event that the winner does not respond to such notification by purchasing Premium Flex Packs tickets in the timeframe indicated, a disqualification will result.

Registration for Opening Day Flex Packs ticket opportunity begins at 10 a.m. Central Time (CT) Friday, February 8, 2013. The registration will close at 5 p.m. CT, Friday, February 15, 2013. The Cardinals will conduct a random selection of winners from the pool of registrants. The winners will have the opportunity to purchase up to eight (8) Opening Day Flex Packs, which include tickets to Opening Day (4/8) plus a minimum of any two additional games from the 2013 season. Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. There is no obligation to buy a ticket. There is no assurance that any particular registrant will be selected. Winners may not transfer this purchase opportunity.

Exact date, times and instructions for ticket purchase will be communicated by e-mail to each applicant selected. If a selected applicant does not follow these instructions, he or she will forfeit the opportunity to purchase tickets. There is no charge to register for this opportunity. In order to be eligible for these opportunities, you must be eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. In addition, you must complete and submit the entry form located above during the Registration Period. Limit one entry per person. In the case of multiple entries for the same individual, only the first entry received will be considered. Only entries submitted to the Cardinals during the Registration Period will be entered in the random drawing. Entries generated by a script, macro, or other mechanical or automated means will not be valid.
Registrants (including winners of previous drawings) will be eligible for each drawing. You may not use any tickets purchased in connection with the drawings for any promotional purposes whatsoever. Registrations have no cash redemptions or substitutions.
NOTE: MLB game dates and times are determined at the sole discretion of the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball and/or the St. Louis Cardinals, as applicable, and may be subject to change. All tickets purchased in connection with the drawing shall be subject to those policies applicable to Cardinals ticket holders generally; as such the Cardinals from time to time at their sole discretion may amend policies.
