Parking at Tropicana Field

Here's all the information you need about parking at Tropicana Field, whether it be lot location, accessibility or carpooling. Be sure to use the interactive transportation and parking map on to find the quickest route to each lot.

  • The Rays Go Green: Carpool and PARK FREE* at Tropicana Field!

    The Rays provide carpoolers access to free parking in team-controlled parking lots.* For all Sunday games, vehicles with four or more passengers may park for free. For all other games, the first 100 cars with four or more people park for free up to an hour before game time, with other main lot Tropicana Field parking rates ranging from $15 to $30 per vehicle. Fans attending games at Tropicana Field are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy tailgating and baseball activities.

    *Available for game day general parking in Lots 2, 6, 7, 8 and 9.

  • Reserved Parking for Season Ticket Holders

    We are pleased to offer Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to purchase discounted and/or reserved parking, closer to the stadium, based on availability. For information on how to reserve your season parking, please call 1 888 FAN RAYS.

  • Wheelchair Accessible Parking and Drop-Off Locations

    Lots 1 and 7 offer wheelchair accessible parking just outside the gates, with the majority of the spaces located in Lot 7. All wheelchair accessible parking is van-accessible. Enter Lot 7 from 4th Avenue South, and Lot 1 from 16th Street South. wheelchair accessible parking is subject to availability.

    Additionally, there is a drop-off area in front of Gate 4, which is directly across from Lot 1 on 16th Street South. Please be advised that parking in the wheelchair accessible parking spaces in the Tropicana Field lots is monitored by the St. Petersburg Police Department and is subject to state laws and privileges. Tickets can be issued and/or privileges revoked in situations where the person to whom a wheelchair accessible parking placard or license plate has been issued is dropped off near the stadium and is not in the vehicle when it parks in a wheelchair accessible parking space.

  • Public and Commercial Parking

    Commercial and city-owned parking is also available at various price points surrounding Tropicana Field. These lots are not operated by the Rays and thus do not offer free parking.

    Fans attending events at Tropicana Field are encouraged to ensure they are parking in city-licensed, privately-owned and operated surface lots. Official city-licensed, privately-owned lots are marked with signage featuring a capital "P," lot number and city ordinance number. These signs indicate the lots have met the conditions necessary to legally park cars around Tropicana Field. Go to for more information.
